See Jane Work primarily uses UPS for shipping and tracking packages.

We apologize, but due to the high demand as a result of the promotion we are presently unable to provide express shipping.

Orders placed by 12 Noon PST Monday through Friday will ship from our warehouse with in 2-3 business days using standard shipping.

If you have any special circumstances, please call our customer service department and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request.

Alaska, Hawaii and APO Addresses

All shipments to these areas will have a $15 surcharge added to their order after possessing.

Additional shipping charges

A few items we carry may require additional shipping charges due to size, weight, or other special handling considerations.

At See Jane Work we don't sell anything we wouldn't buy ourselves. In fact, we did buy it.

Everything we carry has been individually selected by working women who understand that getting, and staying, organized isn't just helpful, it's essential. That said, there's no reason we can't have some fun, and reflect a little personal style, whether it be polished and professional, or fashionable and funky.

Of course, we understand that one woman's funky is another woman's tacky, and so we offer our guarantee.

If anything you order, or receive as a gift, from See Jane Work fails to meet your expectations, for any reason, send it back to us unused within 30 days of the delivery date, and we will promptly refund 100% of your purchase price, less the original shipping costs. After 30 days we will gladly issue store credit for the full value of the returned item(s).

Return and Exchange Policy

When you ordered your desk set, you were sure your signature color was salmon pink. But then the new-hire in accounting showed up at staff meeting with a salmon pink folio and now you're seeing yourself as more of an aqua blue kind of gal.

Not to worry. If you are unhappy, for any reason, with anything you've purchased, or received as a gift, from See Jane Work we will gladly take back unused merchandise within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • If you just flat-out didn't like it, send it back with the packing slip, all the original packaging, and a note indicating whether you would prefer a refund, or credit towards another purchase. Merchandise returned more than 30 days after the delivery date can be returned for store credit only. In order to receive a refund or credit, returned items must be in new, undamaged condition. Please take care when packaging items for return.
    (For your protection, we strongly recommend sending return items with an insured carrier.)


  • If the item you received was damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, give us a call at 877-400-5263, or shoot us an e-mail at customerservice@seejanework.com, so that we can take care of the shipping.

Returns on Large Quantity Orders

You told the caterer you needed lunch for 90. Two hours before the meeting was supposed to start you got an e-mail from the CEO announcing that due to scheduling conflicts the meeting would be postponed until a "later" date.

While we can't help you unload 90 servings of Chicken Cordon Bleu, See Jane Work will graciously accept returns of Large Quantity Orders (over 50 of one item) provided the items are returned within 30 days and in new, unused condition. There is a 15% re-stocking fee for the return of large orders to cover the additional costs of processing the return. This fee will be waived if you choose store credit rather than a refund for your return. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
