Standard Shipping + Handling

See Jane Work primarily uses UPS for shipping and tracking packages. Orders will ship from our warehouse within 2-3 business days using standard shipping (federal holidays may increase the processing time by 24-48 hours). A few items we carry may require additional shipping charges due to size, weight, or other special handling considerations.  Please note, orders that ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses will ship via USPS and may require a longer lead time. We recommend that customers use their physical address for shipping whenever possible.

Backorders/Product Specific Lead Times

From time to time we will have merchandise available for purchase that has not been received in our warehouse or as a result of overwhelming demand has sold out and is in the process of being re-stocked.  You may still order these items if they are available on our website and your order will ship when our stock is replenished.  We make an attempt to email all customers with backordered items and provide an estimated ship date. 

Please note that some items require a lead time which is displayed on the product page and will provide an estimated ship date.  Sale items can also increase the standard lead time by 24-48 hours.  Please accommodate for a 5 - 7 business day time in transit plus any lead time for delivery of your order. 

Canadian Shipping/International

The shipping rate to Canada is a flat fee of $35. The customer will be responsible for any additional duties and taxes incurred.  We will ship to countries outside of the US via Priority International however you will need to email customerservice@seejanework.com to arrange shipping.

Express Shipping

If you have special circumstances requiring expedited delivery, please call our customer service department and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request.

Return and Exchange Policy

When you ordered your desk set, you were sure your signature color was salmon pink. But then the new-hire in accounting showed up at staff meeting with a salmon pink folio and now you're seeing yourself as more of an aqua blue kind of gal.

Not to worry. If anything you order, or receive as a gift, from See Jane Work fails to meet your expectations, for any reason, send it back to us unused within 30 days of the delivery date, and we will promptly refund 100% of your purchase price, less the original shipping costs. After 30 days we will gladly issue store credit for the full value of the returned item(s).  In order to receive a refund or credit, returned items must be in new, undamaged condition. Please take care when packaging items for return.
