"We're so sorry to hear that your calculator didn't work. We use them in our office and have never had a problem. We have contacted you via email to arrange a credit and to have the calculator shipped back or replaced."

"I was hesitant to spend $35 on a basic calculator, but thought it was just so cute I couldn't help myself... I learnt a lesson as soon as I recieved it. Not only are the buttons extremely difficult to press, it often doesnt work at all. It's extremely unreliable. Please dont waste your money!"
