"This item is not as pictured. It is not flared/fanned out at the top as two of the three pictures indicate. It is straight up and down and rather boxy. When I inquired with See Jane Work, customer service informed that this is due to the hand-crafted nature of the item. It simply seems like a different item to me. But, due to its rather large size and shipping expenses, I did not end up returning it. I am disappointed though with both the product and the response from customer service."
