"I ordered this basket to organize recipe file folders that are 12" x 12" therefore they fit well. It is a nice basket, but to be very clear - it is the basket pictured in the middle photo only. (Amy also mentioned this in her review) In no way does it flare out at the top - meaning all four sides are straight. It's a shame because two of the three photos on the website do not show the actual product, so it is very deceiving. Still, it's a nice basket and I will keep it."

"This item is not as pictured. It is not flared/fanned out at the top as two of the three pictures indicate. It is straight up and down and rather boxy. When I inquired with See Jane Work, customer service informed that this is due to the hand-crafted nature of the item. It simply seems like a different item to me. But, due to its rather large size and shipping expenses, I did not end up returning it. I am disappointed though with both the product and the response from customer service."
