Shipping and Returns
See Jane Work primarily uses FedEx for shipping and tracking packages. Orders will ship from our warehouse within 2-3 business days using standard shipping. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. A few items we carry may require additional processing time due to size, weight, or other special handling considerations.
Backorders/Product Specific Lead Times
From time to time we will have merchandise available for purchase that due to overwhelming demand has sold out and is in the process of being re-stocked. You may still order these items if they are available on our website and your order will ship when our stock is replenished. We make an attempt to email all customers with backordered items and provide an estimated ship date. Please note that some items require a lead time which is displayed on the product page and will provide an estimated ship date. Sale items can also increase the standard lead time by 24-48 hours. Please accommodate for a 5 - 7 business day time in transit plus any lead time for delivery of your order.
The shipping rate to Canada is a flat fee of $35. The customer will be responsible for any additional duties and taxes incurred.
If you have special circumstances requiring expedited delivery, please call our customer service department and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request.
Return and Exchange Policy
When you ordered your desk set, you were sure your signature color was salmon pink. But then the new-hire in accounting showed up at the staff meeting with a salmon pink folio and now you're seeing yourself as more of an aqua blue kind of gal.
Not to worry, if anything you ordered from See Jane Work failed to meet your expectations, for any reason, send it back to us unused within 30 days of the delivery date, and we will promptly refund 100% of your purchase price, less the original shipping costs. In order to receive a refund, returned items must be in new, undamaged condition. Please take care when packaging items for return.
