The fine-print:
The bag is designed to be light weight and as such does not have excess hardware. There are no feet on side so when handle is retracted bag will not stand alone on side, there are feet on bottom so simply push handle in and rest bag on bottom.
There is not a lock on the handle. During normal use the handle stays easily extended, but if pushed hard will retract.
This bag was designed as a carry-on. Check-in use is not recommended, airlines have been known to wreck even heavy-duty bags, so don’t risk it.
The compact design is convenient for lifting into overhead bins and navigating through an airplane aisle, but can be less convenient for an especially tall person who would need to bend slightly to pull the bag by the retractable handle. Please check the measurements to ensure that this bag will work for you.
